Company History

Founded in 1999 as Block Party DJ Service by current co/owner Brandon Owens, Block Party Productions has grown into North Carolina's premier event services provider. After several successful years in the industry the company was ready to grow. In 2010 Brandon's friend and prior service Marine, Joseph Kennedy, expressed interest in being a full partner and committed to taking the company to new heights. Through the collaboration and vision of Joe and Brandon the company began to expand. We grew from a company that predominately serviced western North Carolina and expanded the brand to the triad and central piedmont region. Through the use of our unique pricing model and investment in state of the art entertainment technology we have grown to one of the largest mobile entertainment and event service providers in the North Carolina. Still to this day we strive to expand and innovate the event services industry. In late 2013 we entered into an agreement with Foothills Photo Booths founder/owner, Chris Handy, to bring you our latest service. In 2014 through investment in infrastructure and technology we hope to push the boundaries of what an event services company is capable of. We take pride in ensuring that our customers have the largest assortment of services to bundle together at the best prices in the industry.

Our philosophy as a company is very simple. In today's world we see companies grow and lose touch with their customers, employees, and their roots. Our goal as a company has always been to stay true to who we are. We were founded on the principle of providing quality entertainment at a quality price. As we have grown we have stayed true to that statement. At Block Party Productions we ensure that the customer experience is our number one priority. We want every customer to feel as if they are the highest on our priority list and feel that we went above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction.

We want our customers to know that they truly get a professional event experience. So we purchase our equipment exclusively from industry leading brands. Our Service Area

Events take place all over and as a company we understand that traveling is expected. We provide one of the industries largest coverage areas and do it at little or no cost to our customer. We travel up to 100 miles without any additional charges. Once we exceed 100 miles then the cost to our customer is based on current fuel price and mileage. This helps us contain cost for customers that want a memorable experience provided by true professionals no matter where they are. Below are our North Carolina service areas and we also cover South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. We are always looking for towns to add to the list.
