Your assigned event coordinator will determine a specific entertainer based on your musical selection and the type of event. Our disc jockey's are trained professionals. We provide them with one of the industries largest musical selections. We cover the following genres: Top 40, Dance, Hip/Hop, R&B, Disco, Funk, Rock, Beach, Shag, and more. We guarantee to meet your musical needs and exceed your expectations. We also understand the importance of ensuring that your event goes smooth.

We provide master of ceremony services that are designed to enhance your event. Our experienced masters of ceremony will handle all coordination between our disc jockey and any other member of the planning process (i.e. wedding coordinator or party planner). The master of ceremony will provide a dedicated person for all announcements and someone to ensure the timing of your event stays on track. They will also keep your guest engaged and ensure crowd participation. We recommend having a dedicated master of ceremonies for any event that requires multiple announcements and precision timing.

Sound and Lighting

We believe in using the latest in sound and lighting technology. Our goal as a company is to provide you with state of the art entertainment at an affordable price. Most entertainment companies will give you a list of generic packages to choose from. At Block Party Productions, we strive for each event to be individual and unique. Your event coordinator, from initial contact to completion of the event, will ensure that you receive a one of a kind set up that has never been done before. Your sound needs and requirements are determined based upon the size of the venue.

Once this has been determined we pass the design process to our lighting design team. Here is where your concept and vision comes to life. We use the latest in computerized lighting technology. This allows us to create elegant mood lighting for your wedding or turn your next private event venue into the hottest night club. When working with us you can feel comfortable knowing that your guests will be amazed and that you will be completely satisfied.

It is our goal as a company to make booking, planning, and payment simple. We offer a multitude of services for our customers that eliminates the headache of multiple vendors, contracts, and payments. When you book with us you will receive one contract, one price, and make one low payment. Booking with us is simple. You can call, email, or fill out the form on many of our specific service pages. Our main focus as a company is to provide state of the art entertainment technology at an affordable price. With a best deal possible pricing strategy we make every event unique in price. So based on your specific requirements you will be quoted a price by your event consultant and a form will be emailed to you detailing the breakdown of the services that we will be providing. For all events except weddings we will only guarantee the quote and the date for 10 days. For more details on weddings please visit our Weddings page. Once you have agreed to our quote you will then have to pay deposit to hold the date and begin the planning process. The remainder of your balance will be due the day of your event.
