When it comes to your special day we understand that perfection is not a goal, but the expectation. At Block Party Productions we take pride in our ability to take your vision and turn it into reality. From our first conversation thru the day of the event you will have one of our industry proven event consultants at your side. We believe that being accessible and flexible are the two key components to the stress free planning and execution of your event.
Planning and Preparation
Ensuring that your event is successful is what we specialize in. We believe that effective planning and preparation are the most important thing. We provide specialized wedding format and timeline forms that keep everyone on the same page. We also take the time to review and go over these forms with not only you, but the other vendors, planners, and coordinators. We also send your event consultant to the venue prior to the event to ensure that sound, lighting, and space are never an issue. It is our obligation to ensure a coordinated stress free environment the day of your event.
The Day of the Event
The day of your event you will feel comfortable knowing that everything is well planned out and taken care of. We want to make this day stress free and memorable. During our planning process we gather all necessary contact info in case of weather and other emergencies. Our set up process is professional and tedious. We take the time to create elegance and memories. All sound, lighting, and decorations will be in place prior to any guest arrival. We work hand in hand with your wedding planner and coordinator to ensure that everything starts, goes, and ends that way that you want.
Availability, Pricing, and Booking
Booking with Block Party Productions guarantees a memorable, once in a lifetime experience. Booking is simple. Fill out the contact form on this page and your information will be passed to one of our event consultants. To ensure that your date is available please go to our interactive calendar on our Date Availability page. If your date is available, your event consultant will then work with you to discuss specific event details. Depending on your requests our event consultant will give you a quoted price and email you a breakdown of the specific services that we will be providing. This quote is good for 30 days and the date will be held for the entirety of that time. Once you have decided that Block Party Productions is the right choice for you a $100 deposit will be required in order to hold the date and begin the planning process. Basic Package Suggestions
Below are some examples of our basic wedding DJ and lighting packages. These packages are simply some of our most popular requests and will give you an idea of what your looking for based on your event specifics. Talk with your event consultant about personalizing one of these packages for you. Additional lighting is available upon request.
